- Ensure prompt and complete responses to resident inquiries.
- Ensure policy changes are mandatorily discussed at every council meeting and not embedded in the consent agenda.
- Improve resident engagement through more thorough and frequent communications.

- Create and manage a city budget based on core city needs.
- Tax increases aren’t the only way to control expenses.
- Fully evaluate impact of “free” grants and their associated cost and expense increases.
- Fully disclose to city residents the negative financial impact of Fiscal Disparity and Tax Increment Financing which cost millions of dollars each year and cause reduced services and misallocated resources.
